These terms are an agreement between you and Risexrebel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09704201, covering your use of the Jackpot Manor mobile application. By installing or playing, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

The important part in plain English. Jackpot Manor is a game. The coins are pretend. They have no value, you cannot cash them out, exchange them for money or transfer them to anyone, and buying them buys you nothing except more play. Nobody wins money here.

Age

You must be 18 or over to play. The game simulates casino play and is rated for adults, even though no real money can be won.

Virtual coins

Coins, gold bars, boosts and every other in-game item are a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use a feature of the game. You do not own them. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or goods, and cannot be sold, gifted or traded, inside or outside the app. We may change the amount, price or availability of any item at any time, and we may adjust balances to correct a fault or to deal with abuse.

Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Google Play and your purchase is also subject to Google’s terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Because coins are delivered immediately and consumed in play, purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Refund requests are handled by Google Play, not by us.

If a purchase is charged but the coins do not appear, contact us at [email protected] with your Google order number and we will put it right.

This is not gambling

No real money or anything of value can be won. Outcomes are generated by software and success in this game does not imply future success in any real gambling activity. Fair use

You agree not to modify the app, reverse engineer it, use bots or automation, exploit faults for advantage, or attempt to interfere with its operation or with other players. We may suspend or terminate access, and remove balances obtained improperly, if you do.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud backup, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data or changing device will permanently erase your progress and any coins, purchased or otherwise. We cannot restore it.

Availability

We provide the app as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it, or any feature of it, at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
