Jackpot Manor has no accounts. There is no login, no password and no profile, so there is nothing to close.
Deleting your game data
Everything the game stores about you, your coin balance, your level, your progress, your missions and your settings, is held on your own device and nowhere else. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it. It cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us, including any coins you have purchased.
Deleting your analytics records
Separately, we hold anonymous analytics records in Google Firebase, tied to a device identifier rather than to you personally. These are deleted automatically after 14 months.
To have them removed sooner, email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request. We will action it within one month.
If you can find your device identifier in the app settings, please include it, as it helps us locate the right records.
What we never had in the first place
We do not hold your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play and we never see your card information.
