Jackpot Manor is a free social casino game. It is played with virtual coins that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value. It is not gambling and there is no cash-out of any kind. This policy applies to the Jackpot Manor mobile application.
Who we are
Jackpot Manor is published by Risexrebel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09704201, whose registered office is at The Limes, 1339 High Road, London, England, N20 9HR. Risexrebel Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
| Data | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Device and app identifiers, including a Google advertising identifier or app instance ID | To count players and sessions, and to tell one device from another in aggregate reporting | Google Firebase Analytics |
| Approximate location, at country and region level only, inferred from your IP address | To understand where players are and to show correct local pricing | Google Firebase Analytics, Google Play |
| Device type, operating system version, language and screen size | To fix crashes and make the game display correctly | Google Firebase Analytics |
| In-app events: spins, wins, levels reached, bonuses triggered, screens opened, purchases started and completed | To balance the game and see which parts people enjoy | Google Firebase Analytics |
| Anonymised recordings of what happens on screen inside the app: which screens opened, where you tapped, and how the game responded | To see where the game confuses people or goes wrong, so we can fix it | Smartlook |
| Purchase records: which pack, the price and currency, and whether the purchase completed | To credit your coins and to keep accounts straight | Google Play Billing |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of any file on your device.
The game has no sign-up form, no messaging and no text entry of any kind, so there is nothing you can type into it for us to capture.
There is no account, no login and no password. Your game progress, coin balance and settings are stored on your device only.
Session recordings
We use Smartlook to record what happens on screen while you play. A recording shows the game itself: the reels, the buttons you tap, the screens you open and what the game did in response. It is not a recording of you, your camera, your microphone or anything outside the app, and it is not linked to your name or to any account, because the game has neither.
We use these recordings for one thing: finding the parts of the game that are broken or confusing. Payment is handled inside Google Play’s own screens rather than ours, so no card or payment detail is ever on screen for us to record.
Payment information
Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card number or any other payment details. Google tells us only that a purchase succeeded, which product it was, and in what currency, so that we can credit the coins.
Why we are allowed to do this
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: we need basic analytics and anonymised session recordings to keep the game working, fix faults and balance it fairly. Where your local law requires consent for analytics or advertising identifiers, that consent is requested by the platform before any such data is collected, and you can withdraw it at any time in your device settings.
Advertising
The app does not currently show advertising. We may introduce it, supplied by Google AdMob. If and when we do, AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier to select which adverts you see and to measure whether they worked. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in your device settings, under Google, then Ads, and you can switch off ad personalisation in the same place.
We will update this page before any advertising goes live.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Session recordings are retained by Smartlook for the period set by our plan and are deleted automatically after that. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in the UK is six years.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we never will. It is shared only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf: Google Firebase Analytics and Google Play Billing, both operated by Google Ireland Limited, and Smartlook, operated by Smartlook.com, s.r.o., part of Cisco Systems, in the Czech Republic. Data may be transferred outside the UK and the EEA under the standard contractual clauses those providers maintain.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to receive a copy. Because the app has no accounts, we identify data only by an anonymous device identifier.
Deleting your data. Everything the game stores about your progress lives on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently and it cannot be recovered. To have your analytics records and session recordings removed as well, email [email protected] and we will action it within one month. See Data Deletion for the detail.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Jackpot Manor is not intended for anyone under 18 and is rated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete any associated records.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the app.
